Diagnostic Services:

In-house diagnostics to better serve your pet in their time of need:

  • Comprehensive Diagnostic Panel: Evaluates your pets liver and kidney function as well as blood glucose and electrolytes.

  • Prep Profile: A less extensive version of the comprehensive diagnostic which is a good option for pre-surgical screening.

  • Complete Blood Count (CBC): Evaluates white and red blood cell counts as well as platelets.

We also offer a variety of in-house tests for specific diseases in both dogs and cats:

  • Heartworm Testing: This tests for heartworms that are transmitted by mosquitos, mainly a concern for canines

  • Thyroid Testing: a condition affecting both canines and felines

  • Hemobart Smear: Performed on felines to check for Hemobart, a disease transmitted by fleas

  • Feleuk/FIV Test: This is a test for Feline Leukemia and Feline Aids

3
  • Parvo Test: Checks for the Parvo Virus, most commonly found affecting puppies

Multiple out-of house diagnostic services are also available, should the event arise
that your  pet should need additional care.
